Outta gas!

Ran outta gas. The day we head to the North Cape we r told the power will be off for 8 hrs for maintenance. Shit a brick, no gas, no food, no ice cream. Bugger. But we had a spare 5 Liters of gas each with us. Thanks for the advance notice New Zealand. Top of New Zealand looking towards the United States 6,000 miles away. The small lone tree that's barely visible is in Maori Heritage where the Spirits leave the body through the land to the lone tree, down thru its roots, into the ocean and out to sea to their ancestral homeland of Hawaiki. Its always been a magical place to me every time I visit. Couldn't stop thinking of Ross.
